@lovetrucks4212 Hmmm, let me think..... Nope, Trump did fail in 2020. No president gets to choose his crises. Only gets to choose his reactions. Trump failed on covid and was judged for this. He lost mainly because of his own failures.

@opinionated4219 Well, let me think..... Nope, don't need to be educated. I am well educated and very familiar with the Trump presidency. There was good and there was bad. The bad outweighed the good. He failed us in 2020 to the point of chaos. He was judged on that performance and lost the election. Biden doing poorly does not change Trump's failures. The choices were crap, but the people spoke. Running Trump now will ensure defeat of the GOP. It's better to start fresh with someone like Tim Scott.

@trae4529 Well, let me think.... Nope, no one had to tell me about Trump's covid failures. First he had a meeting with congress and told them how bad it would be. They all scrambled their stock portfolios accordingly. The next week he had a press conference wherein he told the public everything was under control. It wasn't. Instead of coordinating a federal response he politicized and divided the states. The lead virologist in the country made suggestions which were ignored and politicized. Chaos ensued and the federal response was slow and lacking. People suffered and people died. A true leader would have handled this much better. Covid was not his fault, but the poor response demonstrated poor leadership. That's why he lost.

@swampfox8461 Well, let me think.... Nope, I am very happy. You should try it someday. I was gone for hours, out having a great day. I can see from the times and timelines in this thread that you instead have been attempting to defend Trump all day using very crude methods. None of your efforts would ever change my mind that Trump was a failure as a president. Comparing failures is a losing strategy. Two things can be true at once. Trump was a failure and Biden is a failure. Let's try again with better candidates. The political system is not a football game. If we get a good president we all win. If we get a bad president we all lose. We need new and better candidates.

@swampfox8461 Well, let me think.... I believe that the only path to victory for whichever candidate the dems run is if the GOP runs Trump. I get it that you're a true supporter, but I don't know if you can see past your bubble. Trump is still highly unfavorable with huge swaths in this country. I don't know of democrat candidates, they'd probably need to find an unknown because I haven't seen anyone new. I do think deSantis can win, but so far I like Tim Scott on the GOP side.
