  3.  @msimon6808  Any attorney worth her salt would want a jury trial. Turn one mind out of 12 and your defendant is off the hook, no appeals necessary. And even if a jury found guilt, appeal would still be on the table. Your idea about a want for speed is belied by Habba's motion to delay the trial.
