  2. @Gold Bud  Only your second one showed in my notifications. Yeah, I watched it. What is interesting is that Fox has raised those same arguments with the court in an attempt to have the case dismissed, and yet the judge said no. It goes deeper than Dice was willing to admit to or cover. The trial date is sometime in April, and I am very curious about this one. It's hard to prove slander in the US and even harder to prove against a "news" org. But, so far, it doesn't look good for Murdoch.
