  1. Lol, tracking someone's IP address and taking legal action because they wrote a "hate comment?" Really? Unless they're uttering death threats or trying to incite violence, why would anyone waste their time on online trolls? It's the Internet, most people are going to act differently when they're protected by their computer screen. And how can you tell if the person who wrote the comment resides in Korea? Even if there were georestrictions in place, they could still bypass it with a proxy or VPN, it could literally be anyone, anywhere in the world.
