Russia has decided to ban independent journalists and is only greenlighting state-sponsored broadcasts, this is likely why the girl commenting about Zelenskyy refusing to meet Putin was being fed propaganda. Also, it would've been safer to blur the identities of the Russians espousing their opinions, especially if it paints Russia in a negative light. Putin has a track record of jailing protestors and dissidents and has a history of assassinating journalists critical of his regime.
