  1. FOLKS! HEAR ME OUT HERE! Here is how I see it for both the US and UK: time to pay your tab with some interests tagged on. It's only fair! Carve up a piece of your land that's not completely a junk yard and give it to the black citizens of your country. Along with some start up capital and let those who choose to go declare that they'll forever relinquish any claims against you and give them complete autonomy. But if they fail as a nation-state they cannot return or ask for more help. This is cut and dry as much as possible! Get rid of this problem once and for all and go about your lives... before your entire countries fall apart. Would you make that deal?
