  2. Derrick Asadoorian Then why are you even bother to take the time to watch this video? You saw the title before you click on it. There's a difference between your typical suburban neighborhood cookie cutter franchise eateries vs. something that's prepared by a chef who really cares about quality and how his customer will experience that. For example, too much soy sauce on the sushi, or dip it rice side down first, it will ruin the taste, then all that hard work goes to waste because all you taste is soy sauce.
