@sumanneogi2679 they have. There are literally footage of ruzzkiez soldiers getting ww1 weapons because they ran out of modern ones. That is why their mobilization was pure failure and haven't been able to push back in significant manner.

@lcplapiata5501 Umm USA withdrew from there due to popular demand. They weren't losing it. In fact if you look at the map they were dominating the war in both wars. Plus they lost less men in 20-years than ruzzkiez in single day.
