  8. Ruzzia was leaching on their satelite states. That's why eastern-Europe and Baltics had massive increase in GDP and well being while Ruzzia's collapsed after the soviet fell. Ruzkiez are incapable to build, only good for stealing. Which is why any region they annex always ends up being impoverished under them.
