Companies, especially those who have (or at least start out with) motivations that are not, let's say, establishment friendly, really need to take great care to guard against being subverted. I think a lot of this stuff is not organic.

@jer1776 Brave is decent but as it's based off Chrome, I am concerned about its long-term viability. We could use a top-to-bottom browser that can remain committed to the values of openness and freedom that were once common currency in the tech world.
