People are generally more ignorant than selfish. But people who risk their lives communicating with you definitely need higher consideration in terms of any footage relating to them, and how identifiable they are for someone who knows them and their house/belongings (clothes, vehicles, main gate, etc).

@yagikidd2300 Someone just gotta take it there lol. I specified, "ALL" the people who risk by giving an interview (includes people under isis, taliban, survivors, etc). Protect their identities or you jeopardize your own credibility. Your understanding of right and wrong is simpler/classic, so grasping the nuance can be hard from that place. You made a very base moral judgement.

@devinnewell2615 yeah, or just put a massive blur on the whole screen. People who actually care about true journalism and the safety of sources, won't be missing out on much if they can't see what one guy's car looks like, and what the other one's frontyard and entrance look like.

@durianriders Welp, that's at least possible bud. Seeing war journalists (incl. vice) returning from war torn countries, and other dangerous spaces in the past, Crimean annexation being one example. That gives it credibility, and most criminals will only get U.S involved in their personal lives if they kill a MSM employee. Not the best deal for them. But yeah still plausible it's all a set up.
