  1. The only law that would even partially fix this issue would the the return of the bride price upon divorce. It would make women not divorce for frivolous reasons and alleviate some of the anxiety men have about getting married.

  2. The only thing this will do is drive the bride price which is now transparent underground creating a black market for it to continue unabated. Where this law is implemented the marriage rates will drop off even further.

  4.  @catfoodmillionaire7838  The problem with that is the common laws. Live with a woman long enough and the courts consider it the same as a marriage.
