  3.  @johnnicol64  Russia has moved its mobile ICBMs out of storage and deployed to the field. They have also gone on alert from the Arctic to Moscow. That’s to send a message to the US and EU to stay out of it. Russia does not have the funds to have 500,000 troops sitting on the Ukraine border for months on end while talks happen. Them longer they wait the worse their position becomes. Either the US and the EU will have to make a big concession on sanctions and other matters or the Russians will use it before they lose it.
