Of course the Russian regime will fall. It is only a question of when. However, no-one in their right minds thinks Russia in one form or another won't be there in 1 year, 10 years or 100 years time. It's unlikely to be within the existing borders for long, but it will still be Russia, and the populace will still be speaking Russian.
