This "Re-Industrialisation" won't work or be sustained EXCEPT until the industrial aid program is kept on spending (IRA), or if tariffs get exorbitantly high. Investment is directly tied to savings Meanwhile, in the US, savings are 3.5% and investments are +20%, because it's fueled by debt, unlike china's savings fueled investments. This is a real issue. Chinese subsidies are not quite big enough to make such effects you're talking about

And yes, yuan can be an alternative even to us allies, like Israel recently decreased it's usd reserves in favor to yuans, while saudi arabia will start selling oil in yuan to China and other states.

I'm an Ethiopian, and as an African, I would say that the west is not harming us by neo-colonialism, we're actually being harmed with aids, these aids keeps the peoples quite to not revolt against corrupt governments, and keeps these corrupt governments in power, let alone making our economy dependent and killing our agricultural sector, aside from abiding to western laws just to take more aids in return Aids makes us poor, and it's actually engineered to do so
