  2.  @josephfredbill  yes. Those nitpickish details. True, journalists usually are damn uncritical when choosing the terms. Zizek intervened and tried to make the difference clear. Albeit I must say, here we enter the field jurisdiction. A judge only has sufficient qualifications to say which is applicable here. Us observers, only can use common sense. And as the proverb goes: Justice got noting to do with just (in the sense of fairness). Hope your will to live is well restored;) Assange is a direct beacon to weaknesses and the hypocrisy the entire system works with. Ideolgies nobody believes in.
