Since the US shared it's nukes with NATO members, in this case, what legal basis does the West use to prevent Russia and China from forming an alliance, and then implement the same approach to sharing their nukes to new member states like Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Serbia, Algeria, Egypt, Saudi, Iran, South Africa, Indonesia and etc?
