  1. She is right about executive power, but it's not just Biden. It's been done by both parties, going back decades. The Congress has relinquished its responsibilities because it makes them unaccountable. They can let presidents issue all these executive orders, and then not have to take the blame for the consequences. The unofficial wars, Covid mandates, and all of the other nonsense.
