  2.  @alexjones7845  I never specified an actual number that should be allowed, but I don't understand an arbitrary limit. If people are going to come here and be productive, then they should have an opportunity to get in. If you don't have relatives already living here, it is virtually impossible. Getting in can take many years. That's clearly part of the reason for the illegal immigration.
