Cause majority of Euronews viewers, LIVE TV of Youtube, live in EU, something very familiar with the term AUSTERITY MEASURES very popular in EU today, GR, SP, IT, UK, etc., so: Obama's "fiscal cliff" deal: tax hikes for those making over $250K/year AND ZERO AUSTERITY MEASURES OF ANY KIND, that's it. Over here austerity measures are called GOVT SPENDING CUTS. Therefore, if an Obama would have existed in EU he would oppose ALL austerity measures in GR, SP, IT, UK, you name it. End of story.

"US dept projections without reforms are unsustainable" I totally agree with you so as Reps in Congress (House & Senate), but Obama & Dems will categorically disagree with YOU as they do not consider this current crisis as a spending crisis but ONLY as a revenue crisis therefore no need for ANY new additional spending cuts, for them end of Iraq War counts as ~$1T in (military) spending cuts and they count it into the current spending cut deal therefore no need for any NEW DOMESTIC spending cuts.

As I said in one of my previous comments on this very video, Obama's plan includes higher taxes for those making over $250K/year but ZERO austerity measures like those in EU. So...?

Best example: DREAM ACT Executive Order of June 2012, he simply gave amnesty to ~1 MILLION illegal mexicans and that's why he got re-elected, 71% of latinos voted for him simply b/c of the amnesty for illegals issue.   11. Obama's fiscal cliff "deal", higher taxes on those making over $250K/year and NO govt spending (austerity measures by the EU lingo) of any kind, would cover govt spending for... THIRTEEN (13) DAYS out of 365. But hey, as long as ppl don't know the real truth behind Obama's fiscal cliff "deal" and just tax the damn "rich", I guess Obama is a... PATRIOT, why not?!
