"who caused all this" SOCIALISM, since WW2 until 2-3 years ago, that's 60+ years, you cannot change ppl's addiction to large free welfare programs that cost TONS of money, money either you have it thru your own economy OR you gotta borrow it from outside at high interest rates, GR has got no competitive economy, no natural resources, therefore they had been at the mercy of international financial institutions to feed their own ppl, and when banks finally said ENOUGH, ppl don't like it all.
