  1. That doesn’t give any right to Indian trawlers to venture into Sri Lanka sea territory and bottom fish the area thus damaging their fishing nets and source of livelihood . No wonder so many Indian fishermen are locked up in Pakistan prisons since years only because of their trawlers . Similarly, even Pakistan fishermen are locked up in Indian prisons too .
