@abhishekbakolia5634 Irrespective of parliamentary or presidential forms of governance …. Check out other parliamentary democracies . Late Margaret Thatcher is credited with winning the Falklands war against Argentina. Who remembers the UK Defence Secretary of that conflict ? No one
