  1. Sir With due respect - now that India observes Vijay diwas - victory in Kargil . I do seriously feel Kargil contest was a grave lapse of Indian army intelligence. But no one wants to talk about it rather than brushing under the carpet . Would be happy to be enlightened by contributors .

  2.  @AliZ-j5g  but it was surely a military intelligence failure , isn’t it ? Yes later on much was rectified yet No one held responsible for such a grave lapse .
