Here in the U.K. nearly 8.2% of the entire population has been fully vaccinated ( double jabs ) . Why has India decided to indulge in vaccine diplomacy rather than not vaccinate its own citizens first ? It’s again the “ chalta hai - dekha jayega “ attitude of Indians and now look at the surge across the nation .
