  1. Yes , Mullah Owaisi janaab. - could be a good orator . However , it means nothing for votes on ground . 100 seats of Mullah Owaisi in UP may only fetch 10 seats maximum. Although , Bengal was a setback for BJP ; UP will provide a resounding victory to BJP .
