So what did this ex Fin Min do in his days ? Why is he suggesting now and couldn’t introduce such legislation in parliament when he was Fin Min ? Perhaps helping his son amass wealth by stealth !! Don’t forget CBI had to scale his house walls to arrest him whilst he was running away from arrest … Lectures now is of NO importance..
