  3. I am slightly confused. They were shooting a scene, Alec Baldwin was using a gun in said scene, but the people who got shot weren't part of the movie or active in said scene. You'd think if they were shooting a scene in which he handled a gun the person to be accidentally shot would be another actor or a static target, but the two that were shot were behind the scenes people.
