Heck, they can use the "stop resisting" and shoot you approach if on a bad day. For people born rich, you must first prove we aren't brains in jars then have each word weighted and finally, you need a smocking gun, 5 witnesses and a nod from a unicorn at which point it goes through costly, year long procedures and finally, if all the planets aligned, they have to sign a deal which gives them a behind doors tap on the wrist with no criminal charges. Meanwhile, blacks in a car got shot by the police because a message said blacks in a car had done a shoot through nearby. Now remember all those "tough on crime" people? What they meant was "tough on the poor and middle class".

@rvapes5912 "never crossed my mind that having a meeting with people sent from the Russian government to provide us with crap over HRC in an election was illegal"... then we have to declare the guy insane and remove all his access to bank accounts. There's a difference between ignoring something that you ignored because of someone else's fault (poor signalizing on a road) and being a douche that doesn't care about the law because grand daddy was a billionaire.
