* his VAT tax would be, in average at 4% and so the poor would see, dunno, 2 to 3% raise in prices.
** people that receive squat, including the poorests, the ones that receive nothing while having nothing would gain 1k.
** the people that receive under 1k would net the difference
** the people that receive 1k or more and would find a job would gain
** the people that receive 1k or more and don't get a job, wouldn't gain anything apart from intangibles such as security from loosing their help, less stigma and such.
Ofc, the ones that have children around 18 would gain security for their children.
