  1. Isn't this a "damned if do, damned if don't situation"? I mean if he goes against legalization, then it's because the pharmaceuticals don't want to loose revenue from anti-depressants and such and at the same time, if he legalizes it (works towards), it's because the pharmaceuticals want to make money from those sales. You've kind of already judged the guy. I like that bill very much... I just wonder if the part about paying money to people that went to jail due to marijuana stuff isn't a death pill... I really don't see republicans senators accepting that. Maybe it's a starting offer, so that some republicans can congratulate themselves for removing it or something, but it sure looks like a death pill to me. Anyway, I like that Bill.

  2. Little caveat: If the bill passes, Cory Booker can "fool me" as much as he wants. If it doesn't, well, I'm not sure I'll remember that bill 6 months from now.
