What there are, are many women in their 40's and 50's who are saying that they thank goodness this wasn't happening when they were growing up as they would have got caught up in it. Some are straight, some are gay, all had distress at some aspect of their puberty but that they subsequently grew out of and are relieved they didn't get "affirmed as male" like they would now

So if someone has autogynephilia, out often co exists with exhibitionism, frotteurism, peeping, scatalogical paraphilias etc There's at least one study about this.
