@NickOloteo Have you ever seen a Lion hunting and killing their prey? Sometimes it is over quickly but on other occasions they take longer, play with their meal and even start eating their prey while it is alive. No Hanging is much more Humane and quicker except maybe for decapitation by Guillotine and seeing that the Obama administration order all those devices and there must have been a reason to aquire them in the first place it will be a shame to let them gain rust.
