  5.  @caseyday9945  We all have a Haemorrhoidal complex it has a function in normal anatomy and physiology but when pathological changes occur then you get ' Haemorrhoids/Piles' as a consequence. I was being sarcastic about Beta O'Dorkes support of menstrual equity because the only way that a Male can mimic a menstrual cycle is if his Haemorrhoids started bleeding on a Cyclical basis.
