  1. This should have been implemented 30 years ago as Yuri Bezmenov warned. Similar to the warnings that Eisenhower gave about the Military Industrial Complex and the Scientific Technological Elite. The same with the warning about " Secret societies, secret oaths and secret proceedings " that JFK gave. Following on this was the warnings contained in the Ted Kaczynski manifesto.
