  1. There will be lot of rent defaults and evictions too. Who will pay sky high rents when they don’t have many to buy food and other expenses. You guys are delusional about high rental returns. People are struggling to make ends meet. No one will benefit if economy works this way. There has to be space for everyone to grow elde lawlessness and crime wlll increase when ppl become homeless
