  1. Travis do you really think Correction or crash will happen. So many ppl got 2-3% interest rates. They have no reason to sell where as we are paying the equivalent in rent. Their interest and monthly payments are so low, they just have to wait until 2024 and then the fed can do anything. Even now the fed is buying MBS behind our backs which they shouldn’t be doing. They are not letting mortgage rates rise. They are not letting foreclosures come to fruition soon so that inventory rises. Builders have stopped building new homes. So I don’t know how the situation will change when so many market forces are working against us
