  2. I have seen your responses before . You were very rude and proud and said real estate only goes up and inventory is very low. Now I see you commenting on all channels still trying to validate your own assumptions. I do not wish any bad for you. May you win but also understand that housing is a basic necessity and everyone needs it. What happened the last couple of years was artificial. It has to come down for common folks too. Only elite are not the only ones living in this planet. Remember we are making it very difficult for our kids also in future. At this rate they will also never be able to buy. I cannot buy a home for each of my kid and pass it down. You need to be realistic and compassionate for future generations as well. Hope what I said makes some sense.
