  1. Don’t know what is happening travis. On one side I see layoffs happening right left and Centre and on the other side I see ppl again rushing to buy this past month in January. Again lot of Crowd in open houses . Yes houses are priced lower than june2022 but they are still nowhere near 2020 or 2021 prices. I am so Confused again. I can wait but just starting to wonder if it’s even worth it.
