  1. Hey Travis I sent you an email yesterday with a house on Zillow. House price dropped from $900k to $500k. My jaw dropped when I saw $400k price reduction. It’s in a very good location and one in which I would buy and homes that size were going for over a million just at the beginning of this year. I really don’t understand how could they drop so much and house is beautiful

  2.  @tiberiustacitus5972  yes it is. I believe it was bid over 1 million. That's what I heard. Listed at 900k didn't sell. Listed at 500k with auction and sold for over a million. I don't understand
