  2. Anybody buying now is still a fool. They are catching the hot potato. We need to wait for a year to let this play out. Ppl who bought in 2022 have already lost their equity. It’s the 2021 buyers who are still smug. They will lose it too by next spring. I am not buying until 2024. Will continue to save for a bigger down payment rather

  3. They should have sold begore November. So many pulled their listings off market and trying to rent them. Why will I pay their mortgage. I would rather stay in a reasonable apartment and wait out this crash and wait for all the sellers to flood the market in spring
