  3. Eloyo Medallas And despite being underfunded my ‘system’, the NHS, STILL works brilliantly at saving many lives....including my own! With no worrying about hidden costs .....the treatment for my prostate cancer was FREE at point of use, and brilliant service throughout! It truly is a wonder of the modern world. ‘Breaking down’?!? Ffs get a brain and stop believing fake news, you sad nomark.

Chris Isaac No, it is you lot who refuse to listen when we outside the US repeatedly tell you how much better socialised healthcare is for our society....we pay less per capita than you do AND everyone is covered, which we don’t begrudge because we see healthcare as being a right, not a privilege! How is it you selfish bastards don’t realise taking care of ALL your citizens benefits ALL society???

The US comes out poorly in comparison to other countries time after time, ignorant person, with good reason; far too many of you lot are suffering through lack of insurance cover and you are the only developed country where life expectancy is going down. Chris Isaac Let me give you a taste of my own experience, although I realise it will go far over your head; diagnosed with prostate cancer eighteen months ago, been through numerous tests including MRI’s and biopsies, culminating in a prostatectomy some months ago, and treatment and aftercare, and all FIRST CLASS SERVICE! I could not have wished for better care throughout....our NHS, although not perfect due to underfunding, is a modern wonder of the world. But much more than that.... I wasn’t lying awake at night worrying about hidden costs: it was all free at point of use. That’s right, zero pounds and zero pence! Did I mention what an utter fool you are?
