  9. Russia spent decades building up their military. It would appear that that training was done by incompetents the very same incompetents that will train the next generation of incompetents. Like I have said before if you teach incompetence from the top to the bottom ranks then the only thing they will be competent at is incompetency, in fact they will excel at it.
