  1. The crime is using her position   for sex. THAT merits at least 6 months or a year and in many places much more. Psychiatrists, teachers  and people in power  go into anther crime category .....let her rape some other counties students, not her own .......and the judge sounds like  a POS. It isnt just about her & this student , its about sending a message to all the other fool teachers and different ages of students  waiting in the wings
