Also sad to see these young men going into a needless war to get blown to smithereens by artillery. May their suffering end the regime that sent them to their death.

Step 1: If your country prevents you from getting foreign news - get hold of foreign news. Step 2: Check UN voting on your countries action - if your country is supported by North Korea, you are on the wrong team. Based on Step 1 and Step 2 - fight or flight.

Yes, they have no idea what they are thrown into. Thinking this is WW2 or some heroic defense of Russia. At least Russia has moral support from North Korea and Belarus.

Nothing WW2 about this, its an echo from the Cold War however. And the needless suffering can be stopped by Putin any time he likes.

Well, Russia sends 200 000 to the front. And after 8 months they suddenly need 300 000 more, because they've only lost 6 000 in combat... I mean, you need to be a special kind of stupid to buy those numbers. But there seems to be more of those "special" people in Russia than elsewhere.
