  1. NATO did not attack Russia, Russia attacked Ukraine. As usual, the aggressor pretends that it was attacked or that it was on the verge of being attacked. Or that there was a genocide going on in Ukraine. Or that Ukraine was arming itself with nuclear and biological and chemical weapons. Of course, no proof was ever given for ANY of these accusations.

  3. The primary factor is that US/NATO did not deliver all that was needed, not even all that was promised, and also imposed the crazy demented restriction that the weapons should not be used against the targets in the Russian territory, from which missiles, planes, helicopters are launched etc.

Turkey and Hungary will deny NATO the needed unanimity. Only Poland would fight if attacked, but it is not yet ready...

  33. The Russia's reaction was completely disproportionate. The new members had to BEG to be accepted in NATO and waited 5 to 10 years before being accepted. Some are still waiting, after 20 years... Therefore, you are misinterpreting the meaning of NATO moving eastward.

The legal experts say that there is no legislation that would justify sizing/confiscating that money, but this is different for the interest of this money.
