  2.  @ladywisewolf3942  They'll at least withhold federal highway funds to Florida, but hey - they don't have harsh winters there, I mean the kind of freeze and thaw cycles that destroy highways from Maryland northward. PA? Worst roads in the country, and it's because the money tends to go elsewhere. Say, social services.
