The Nazi Germany being atheist was more of a end goal for them as the culture at the time was slowly pushing out Christian beliefs in favor of there own (as the Christian beliefs can overlap with Judaism) leading to them to try to replace it with the Aryan religion and replace the cross with swastikas at most. But the thing is that the Nazi part weren’t in power long enough to see what there end goal really was.

@joseph.cotter I see but the whole idea is that they would slowly remove the Christian religion in fave of a religion based around the leader being the supreme being that can do no wrong (similar to North Korea). With that said these plans where made when the Nazis won the war and not daring the war.
