  1. This reminds me about a company giving everyone equal pay. This leads to the workers that work heard to leave so they can get better paying jobs and the workers that don't work heard to stay because they don't worry about losing money.

  5. It's worth noting is that the whole idea started from a bunch of farmers who wanted to save there crops and placed it all in one storage and for when they want to eat. That is where the Commun in Communism comes from. But when you apply this idea to a entire country you will get problems like some areas getting too much and others not getting enough.

  7.  @voidbruhrowski3156  If there is equal pay then two things can happen. 1 the people that work hard ask for more pay for there work and because they can only get the same pay as the rest of the employees they leave for a job that pays more. 2 the people that do not work as hard feel no need to do more then the bear minimum and get overplayed. Those are my points to why equal pay is not going to work in the long run. Also one goal in communism it to make it that the rich are not at rich and the poor are not as poor. This leads to the goal of equality whether intentional or not.

The plan of Communism is that if a group of farmers place all there crops and food in one place then the group can eat the food they need and work then they need to instead of buying the food from one farmer. This is where the Commun in Communism basically comes from and why they plan for equality to be a goal. It works for a small grouo but when you have a whole country doing this you will get problems.

But my point is that in a more capitalist Society the individual can be able to gain the money from their work and rise up instead of doing things for a group that may not allow the individual to rise above them if they earned it or not.

For example if a country fall apart and we have to limit trades that we will just go to another country and the transaction will be like a speed bump. It has happens recently with Russia going to war and the US trades cut tights with them until recently. Meanwhile North Korea is fully communist and they are starving for outside help to the point where black markets pop up all over the country selling outside protects.
