Also a major problem with ESG is that people will eventually not take it very seriously because the risks can put way the positives. Like having to hire a certain number of people from a certain group just to reach a goal and that number of people do not qualify for the job. Also it dose generate discriminate with white people (Elong Musk is helping a lawsuit because of it). Also companies will side step the ESG demands until they stop taking this seriously and it will slowly fade over time. It has happened before with other top down policies and happen again.
